LEASED 2Q24 (Landlord Representation): Retail / Office @ 3512 East Wendover Avenue, Greensboro, NC.

Long time tenant Nationwide terminates their lease in 1Q24 due to the principals’ retirement.  DCR releases this 1,100 SF space by June 2024 to a medical office user Bellamy Family Healthcare.

LEASED 1Q23 (Landlord Representation): Retail / Office Lease @ 4101 Burlington Road, Greensboro (Guilford County)

In Feb 2023, DCR leased 1,400 SF of retail / office space to Pronto Health PLLC, a medical care provider.

LEASED 2Q22 (Landlord Representation): Office Lease @ 717 Green Valley Road, Greensboro (Guilford County)

In June 2022, DCR and JLL leased 9,500 SF of Class A office space.  This required moving first floor tenant NAU to the third floor in order to give Allen Tate this full 9K+ SF space.   This was an over ten year transaction valued at $2,650,000+.  Savills represented the tenant.  This deal work is later awarded a Costar Power Broker Award.

SOLD 3Q21 (Buyer Representation): Office Sale @ 222 South Swing Road, unit 6 in Greensboro (Guilford County)

Working in tandem with Brady Commercial Properties, DCR represented a State Farm user in the purchase of a 2,800 SF office condo.  NAI Piedmont Triad represented the seller.

LEASED RENEWAL 3Q21 (Landlord Representation): Office / Retail Lease @ 4101 Burlington Avenue in Greensboro (Guilford County)

Sean Dowell renewed the lease of 1,400 SF suite D for a back office solar company use.

LEASED 4Q20 (Tenant Representation): Office Lease @ 1175 North Revolution Mills Drive, Greensboro (Guilford County)

Sean Dowell represented Green Leaf Wellness in a renewal of approx. 1,350 SF for a five (5)+ year term.  DCR represented the tenant and CBRE Triad represented the landlord.  Lease work valued at approx. $133K.

Sean Dowell leased 1,400 SF suite D for a back office solar company use.

LEASED 2Q19 (Landlord Representation): Office Lease @ 717 Green Valley Road, Greensboro (Guilford County)

In mid 2019, DCR again represented landlord Fortune 500 insurance company QBE with partner Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).  The team leased approx. 4,500 SF of class A office space to a professional services firm represented by another “Big 3” brokerage group.  Lease work valued at $1,200,000+.

LEASED 1Q19 (Landlord Representation): Office Lease @ 717 Green Valley Road, Greensboro (Guilford County)

In partnership with JLL, Dowell Commercial represented landlord Fortune 500 insurance company QBE.  The team leased approx. 6,900 SF to a financial services firm represented by Insite Properties of Charlotte.  Lease work valued at over $1,100,000+.

LEASE RENEWAL 3Q18 (Landlord Representation): Office Lease @ 3512 East Wendover Avenue, Suite B in Greensboro (Guilford County)

DCR represented landlord Bryant Properties in a multiple year lease renewal of Nationwide Insurance.

LEASED 2Q18 (Tenant Representation): Retail / Office Lease @ 1917 & 1919 NC 119 Highway, Mebane 27302 (Alamance County)

In partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, Dowell Commercial represented Kelly Services in the leasing of 2,400 SF of retail / office space at the Mebane Ridge Marketplace Shopping Center.  Kelly Services is a publicly traded company with locations on six continents and 6,700+ US employees.  This center is owned by David Morton, who represented himself in the transaction.

SOLD 1Q18 (Buyer Representation): Medical Office Purchase @ Lake Jeanette Office Park, Greensboro (Guilford County)

Lance Wood represented a neurologist in search of move in ready space for his established practice.  DCR identified a space of approx. 2,500 SF that had previously been used by a plastic surgeon and finished to a very high standard. Due to outside influences client had unexpected out of country travel and Lance Wood managed to move up inspection and closing schedule to facilitate buyers timing requirements.  Property closed for a little under half a million dollars.

LEASED 4Q17 (Tenant Representation): Medical Office Lease @ 500-g East Cornwallis Drive, Greensboro (Guilford County)

Lance Wood and Seth Hall represented a pain management doctor in search of a 1,400 SF new consultation office.   This was a turnkey deal with landlord improvements.  Equity Commercial Properties’ Bonnie Rimmer represented the landlord on this transaction.

LEASED 3Q17 (Tenant Representation): Office Lease @ 132 & 136 Baker Road, Archdale (Randolph County)

Lance Wood and Sean Dowell represented a home healthcare services company in leasing 2,200 SF of office space.   Space will be used for back office operations and was a turn key deal with landlord buildout.  Price Commercial’s Ryan Eversol represented the landlord on this transaction.

LEASED 4Q15 (Landlord Representation): Office Lease at 717 Green Valley Road, Greensboro (Guilford County)

Representing insurance company QBE as property owner, Dowell Commercial in co-operation with international brokerage firm JLL renewed a 16,299 SF professional office tenant for a seven+ year term.  This lease work is valued at over $3 million dollars in rents over the term.

LEASED 4Q14 (Tenant Representation) Office Lease at 152 Baker Road, Archdale / High Point (Randolph County)

Dowell Commercial Realty represented K-Love in the renewal of a small, Class A back office location outside of High Point.  This is the second K-Love transaction of DCR and was a client referred by commercial brokerage firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2012.

Dowell Commercial Realty’s Sean Dowell represented an undisclosed user in the renewal of 106,799 SF of Class A office space in Greensboro NC.  This transaction was done in partnership with international brokerage firm, Cushman & Wakefield.

LEASED 4Q13 (Landlord Representation): Office Lease at 717 Green Valley Road, Greensboro (Guilford County)

Dowell Commercial Realty represented QBE the Americas as landlord’s agent in the leasing of 12,000 SF of class A office space.  This assignment was done in partnership with international brokerage firm Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), whom hired Sean Dowell as their local broker partner.
